Here's your guide to visiting One Call Stadium for the first time.
How to buy tickets
If you're wishing to purchase tickets for any home match at One Call Stadium, you can purchase tickets from our ticket office on Quarry Lane, either in person or via telephone on 01623 482 482.
Alternatively, tickets can also be purchased online from www.stagstickets.co.uk.

Where to buy a replica shirt
Those wishing to purchase any Stags’ merchandise can visit the club shop on Quarry Lane.
The club shop is situated next to the ticket office at the rear of the Quarry Lane End.

Where to eat and drink before the match
The newly-refurbished Sandy's Bar & Kitchen is open from midday on a home Saturday matchday, serving matchday food and drinks until kick-off.
The bar will remain open after the game, but will not serve food past 3pm.
Parking at the ground
Unless pre-booked, car parking is not available at One Call Stadium on a matchday.
Alternatively, the following parking sites are advisable, owned by Mansfield District Council and with easy access to One Call Stadium are Grove Street, Victoria Street, Garden Road and Church Lane.
Charges are as follows:
Grove St 50p/hr
Victoria St 50p/hr
Garden Rd 50p/hr
Church Lane 80p/hr
All of the above pay and display surface level car parks offer cashless parking via RingGo as an additional way to pay.
Every car park has a unique code so people can either pay over the phone, by text, online or by using a free smartphone app. Details of how to do this are displayed in each car park.
Disabled parking
There is limited on-site parking at One Call Stadium, which can be pre-booked by calling 01623 482 482. Vehicles are charged at £5 and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
How to listen to the game at the stadium - for the partially sighted
Audio-descriptive commentary is available for every home first team game. To pre-book a receiver call 01623 482 482. Alternatively, receivers are available on request from the Kevin Bird Suite entrance (at the rear of the Ian Greaves Stand) from 1.00pm.
